Class Status Changes

To facilitate the bulk changing of various class status states use the Classes Status Change menu option. 

Select the class/es to be affected by the change then press Next

The following actions can be either Enabled  or Disabled. You may select more than one action at a time provided all are either being Enabled  or Disabled

The following actions are able to be applied:

Activate/Deactivate a class (remove the class from the web class list and move to the Inactive Class list in the Admin Portal)

Display/Do Not Display in the Web Class List (self explanatory)

Allow/Disallow Online Enrolment (the enrol button will not be visible)

Join Wait list only (allows members to join but only to the Waitlist to allow curation of class members. Button displays Join Waitlist)

Enable/Disable Advised Absence emails being sent to Tutors

Suspend/Resume Tutor/Convenor/Class Coordinator emails

Suspend/Resume Student Emails 

Suspend/Resume Tutor emailed advice when a student enrols or leaves a class.

Suspend/Resume Tutor, Convenor/Class Coordinator advice when student enrols or leaves a class.

Once you have selected the action you with to apply to the selected class click the Enable/Disable radio button in the right hand column then click the Apply button.
