1. A list of all emails sent by members to Tutors to students can now be viewed in the Communications Sent of each Tutors Portal. A list of all emails sent by the Tutor to the member and from the member to the Tutor can be viewed in the Member's Portal.
2. Increased visibility of step to finalise subject enrolment in Web Class List.
3. Classes can now be set up so that if Tutors wish to curate their students the class can be set up to only accept students being added to the wait list. Tutor can then move those selected from the Wait list to the Enrolled list. Students are not charged for the course (if there is a charge) until they are moved to Enrolled. Setting this is now also a bulk action in the Class Status change.
4. Removed ability for students of a class to view each other's email addresses in Member Portal Communications Sent.
5. Changed name tag options. You can now remove the year from the name tag and the emergency contact labels on the back of the tag if none are stored in the member's record.
6. Our new website is launched!! Yay!
7. Colour of text in footer of website template now matches that in header so if text setting is white in the header, all text in the footer will also be white.
8. You can now email out the waiting list for an Event to the Event Organiser...before you could only email the Registered Participants list.
9. Tutor email in Tutor portal now has a back button that returns the Tutor to the correct page.
10. Class withdrawal requests now display in the Class Audit report and not just in Communications sent.
11. Member number now displays on printed invoices and member statements.
12. GPS coordinates can now be added to Venues in Classes/Venues. These will appear on the Class Web List.
13. Duplicate emails are now sent to both partners who share an email address if the merge tag including a name is added to the email. If there are no merge tags used (ie the email is generic) then only one copy is sent.
14. The print member list now shows the number of members according to the filters applied rather than in the entire organisation, the date the member accepted the Terms and Conditions, Member Status, number of classes a member is enrolled in or waitlisted for.
15. You can now email members based on when they joined the organisation (using the Start date field in the member's record) and whether or not they have enrolled in any classes.
16. Tutor attendance sheet marking now has an option not to display withdrawn students.
17. Its now possible to vary the size of the font on all buttons in the web site template.
18. Enrolled date and time is now in UTC (in Queensland that is +10 hours).
19. Event registration page does not show the Close date on the web class list or in any emails if there is no registration required.
16. The Digital Wallet card has gone into test with 2 clients. Full release will be later this month.
