April 10 to May 31, 2026 - Member Wizard Update
1. In the webclass list Calendar view if there are no classes on a particular day the calendar now states "No Classes".
2. Tutor Portal email templates and Admin Portal email templates are now separate. If you want a Tutor to use a particular Admin Portal template drop it into an email to them and ask them to save it as a template in their own portal.
3. Tutor can now email students who were in now Inactive or Archived classes.
4. Email event participants can now add an attachment to the emailed invitation to register.
5. Database substantially speeded up by indexing on all foreign keys. Pages load much faster.
6. Venue notes, Venue hire costs and Venue Office Notes fields now added to Venue export.
7. MAJOR WEBTEMPLATE UPDATE: New panels include Carousel, Question and Answer type panels, added animation to images (fade/slide in), can now crop images when uploading, adding of url links to images, colour picker in colour settings allows you to select a colour from the screen and automatically adds the hex code for it into the colour field.
8. Custom date range filter has been added to all money lists.
9. New button on Print Member Lists allows data in all fields to be exported to Excel with a single click.
10. Members who register via a website link as an Event Attendee now have the registration linked to their member record.
11. Changes to layout of Emailed events make them more readable.
12. Ability to add a QR code to all printed name tags which when scanned with the MW scanner will display member details and allow class and event attendance to be recorded.
13. The member list filter will now save the previous selection.
14. You can now delay the sending of an email by setting a time and date in the future for it to be despatched. You should however first set your time zone in Settings/Organisation details on the Email tab.
15. Enrolment period restrictions now apply to waitlisted as well as enrolled members in classes.
16. In the Money owing column of events, only the money owing for that particular event is displayed.
17. When the show phone number box is checked on the member list you can now search for all forms of the mobile phone number eg xxxx xxx xxx or xxxxxxxxxx
18. There is a new custom field to allow tick box multi select questions.
19. In the Tutor Portal, tutors can now email ALL enrolled and waitlisted students not just Enrolled or just Waitlisted.

21. ANOTHER BIG ONE. Launch of the integration of U3A Online classes with all Admin Portals. Organisations can now join via the Admin Portal as Group members for $80 pa. This then allows their members to join as Partner members for only $10 pa. Online classes will show on a separate tab in the Member Portal of a partner member so no need to load a separate portal.
