March 16 to April 9, 2026 - Member Wizard Update

1. You can now include member's advised Medical Conditions when printing out a Class list.

2. You can now include Invoice details when you print out a Class List.

3. You can now include Tutors and Convenors in the class list when printing out the Class list.

4. The ability to add Internal notes to a class when the class list is imported into Member Wizard.

5. The whole Class Status process has been changed and tidied up. You now select the classes you wish to include in the bulk action, next page allows you to pick an action or number of actions and either Enable or Disable them. 

6. Class attendance sheets now now removed students with (Removed) following their name.

7. Emails sent to Event attendees are now tracked in Communications Sent.

8. You can now book mark web template pages and provide links which will load a particular page rather than just the home page.

9. The Event registration list now uses Preferred rather than First name. If there is no Preferred name, First name will be used.

10. You can now remove multiple class enrolments at one time.

11. Emails sent out to members confirming class enrolment now include the Venue of the class.

12. An additional columns filter has been added to the class list. 

13. The number of classes a member is enrolled in or waitlisted for is now a field to include in the Print Member List. 

14. The Balance Sheet and P&L now show totals at all parent levels.

15. The member number now appears to the direct deposit reference rather than just the name. 

16. You can now search for a class in the Classes tab of a member's record.

17. Touch to call is now available for student phone numbers in the Tutor Portal.

18. There is a new tick box on the Edit Class page to be able to Close a Class for enrolment. 

19. There are now tick boxes to hide Stripe merchant and Admin fees at the top of a member's statement and also to match up invoices and matching reciepts.

20. You can now reset the Web Template Header back to the default including all menu items.

21. The invoice number now appears on the receipt description line. 

22. You can now add a FavIcon to the web template (the little image that shows on the tab in the browser).

23. The words "No classes" now appear in the web class list Calendar View when no classes are on that day. 

24. You can now add venue notes and venue office notes to the class export. 

25. The Web template now includes a Carousel, image animations a new Q&A panel perfect for FAQ's and the ability to crop an image you wish to upload rather than having to handle this externally.

26. There is now a confirmation of online Attendance marking. 

27. The Waiting list for a class now prints in date added to the list order.

28. Contact details in an Event registration are now linked to a particular member record.
