July 29 - August 15, 2025 - Member Wizard Update
1. Events now include the provision to close an event for registration on the RSVP date. You can elect or not whether to use this. There is a tick box next to the RSVP date.
2. You can now add resources to event which can be seen by the Event Attendee if you allow Event Attendee's access to the Member Portal. Resources can be uploaded either in the Admin Portal or by the Event Coordinator in their Member Portal.
3. You can now reverse the sort order of Documents in a Document folder by clicking on the little up/down arrow at the top of the Document list.
4. If two members each share an email address you can now elect to email both members with All Member emails. This has been done to accommodate the new Merge tags which allow you to use a greeting which includes the member's first name.
5. Mark Attendance form now allows you to select all classes instead of just one.
6. Tutors are now able to view Communications sent by them for that class in their Tutor Portal.
7. Members in early enrolment groups are advised of their inclusion in that group on the home page of their member portal.
8. If you now enter a member name and email address and that member is already in the database you will be advised that they are already in there.
9. SWIFT code now available for international banks
10. You can now make bulk changes to Tutors and Convenors.
11. CUSTOM FIELDS now include a radio button option. So the types of custom fields now include Text, Yes/No, Date and Radio button. You type each option in a radio button field on a separate line in the field provided. Members will be able to select one.
12. Facebook panel is now available to add to your Member Wizard website template. You will need to enter the link to your Facebook account in the field in the Facebook panel.
13. Find/Replace has been added as a tool in all Text boxes. Look for the symbol in the Text box menu.
14. A document folder can now be edited to limit access to either membership type/s or to those within a particular group/s in the Member Portal. This means you can now keep committee minutes in the document folder, mark them as Public but configured so that they are only viewable by members of (say) the Committee Group.
15. You can now have enquiries from the Contact Us panel in the web template sent to a different email address than the one set in Settings/Organisation Details on the Contact page. You nominate this email address in Settings/Organisation Details on the Email tab in "Person who receives email enquiries from the website". NOTE: THIS ONLY IS FOR THOSE ORGANISTIONS USING THE MEMBER WIZARD WEB TEMPLATE.
