November 1 to November 25, 2025 - Member Wizard Update
1. Individuals who donate to organisations via the Fund Raiser module in Member Wizard will now be added into the organisations membership list with a membership type of Doner in a similar fashion to how those attending Events are added as Event Attendee.
2. The web class list can now be filtered by the name of the class simply by typing any word contained in the name of the class into the Search bar at the top of the list.
3. Members who owe money can now be SMS'ed a text message via a new filter - Members Who Owe Money from the Choose filter drop down box on the SMS Members page.
4. There have been some enhancements made to the website template. There is now a login drop down where you can choose to log into the Member Portal, the Website template or the Admin Portal in Member Wizard. There is also now the option to determin the line break to run the menu over 2 or more rows.
5. The Class/Course Brochure generated in the Classes menu has now been completely overhauled and is much more compact and also now includes a Table of Contents with page numbers. You will need to say Yes to the Word prompt when you edit the document or save it to your device in order to generate the table of contents.
6. Those organising events can now update contact details and email addresses of participants in the registraiton list.
7. From now Tutors will only be emailed Absence advises for classes in the future, not in the past.
8. There is now a tick box to show Mobile number in the Member List in the Admin Portal.
9. Invoices now only have the title "Tax Invoice" if the organisation is registered for GST in Settings/Organisation details on the Money tab.
10. There is now an option to filter out Event Attendees from the Member List.
11. Bulk printing of attendance sheets is now available for Inactive classs.
12. When a membership is paid via Stripe the member now has to confirm they agree to the Code of Conduct and the time and date this occurs is stored in the Member Record. The terms and conditions in the New Member Application form now also appears at the bottom of emailed Membership Invoices.
13. The Class Audit report is now available in the Classes menu.
14. Custom fields in the Member Portal can now be restricted by Membership type.
15. You can now elect to create bulk membership invoices but not email them.
16. Universal excluded dates will no longer be shown at the top of the class list but will appear along with class excluded dates in each class description unless they have been specifically excluded for that class.
17. Member's preferred phone number is now showing in the Member List.
