July 19 - July 28 2025 - Member Wizard Update
1. Office staff with Member rights can now delete an Absence recorded against a member. in the Admin Portal.
2. Events listed in the web class list now have the start time displayed and event details are optionally displayed in the web class list.
3. There is now a Standard field called Preferred Name. This field can be used in merge tags in communications sent. Please note: if your organisation has a custom field called Preferred Name on your member record this field will not show up in merge tags. you musat move all the data from the custom field called Preferred Name into the standard Preferred name field and remove the custom field from your member record and new member application form. Please contact support@memberwizard.com.au if you need this to happen so we can assist.
4. All event emails are now sent out automatically when the person is registered for the event.
5. If you have selected Preferred Name as a merge tag in an email and the member has no Preferred name then the system will use First Name instead.
6. All user permission types can now issue invoices.
7. You can now add notes/comments to a student's enrolment record.
8. The restriction on enrolment in classes for a subject is now applied also to joining the waiting list. So if a pre-enrolment condition is that a member can only enrol in say 3 exercise classes this now also includes being wait listed in any.
9. All contact fields are now displayed in the Member Portal Change my Contact details page including the new standard fields for a Postal address separate from the Street Address.
10. You now can not change the name of a member on an invoice.
