August 16 - August 22 2025 Member Wizard Update

1. From the 17th of August 2025 Communications Sent message will have time as well as date and will be displayed in reverse date/time order.

2. The reference number for Direct Deposit payments will now be the Invoice number rather than the Members name.

3. Deleting a class now comes with revised more informational warning messages. Upaid class invoices are deleted, if a class has any paid invoices then it can't be deleted until the invoices are changed.

4. There is now the ability to add a Facebook link for those with a Facebook Group page .

5. You can now add a tickbox to a group so that the member can see they belong to the group in the Portal but can't join or remove themselves from the group.

6. A change has been made to the limiting of document folders in the portal to particular groups and membership types (see update 15/8) If there are subfolders in the main folder then the rights to these folders will not be affected. So in other words if the Parent folder is limited to particular group and there is a sub folder in that folder which has not also been specifically limited and its not marked Public then it won't be visible to the the group. 

7. Member Portal contact details now display in the same order as they do on the Member record.

8. The Upload Document button is now hidden when editing the Document.

9. Any student moved from the wait list to the enrolled list of a class now has the time this occured as well as the date.

10. Custom fields can now be limited by membership type. This means if you have specific data you need to collect when a member joins depending on their membership type then this is now possible.
