November 26 - December 12, 2025 Member Wizard Update
1. Universal excluded dates will now not appear on every class listing in the web class list or in the printable Class Brochure.
2. There are 2 new fields in Settings/Organisation Details on the Members Tab:
- Days before Paid to date membership invoice allowed. This field allows you to set the time before a membership is due when the member can renew their membership.
- A tick box to prevent invoicing membership when a member is already invoiced to the following year.
3. If email invoice is left unticked, then members without email addresses are also included when creating membership invoices.
4. Admin Portal Users must have either full rights to Members or to Money in order to save a receipt or invoice.
5. When archiving a class and the copy class is created but is left as Inactive then students will now receive emails to advise that they are enrolled in the new class but Tutors will not receive emails advising each student's enrolment.
6. If you export a class enrollment list to Excel it will now include members member numbers.
7. The Print Member Member List can now include a field which shows the number of times the member has received an SMS code to either Register or reset their Member Portal password. The name of the member making a Portal SMS request will now also appear in Communications Sent.
8. Fixed a bug in the limitation imposed on members being allowed to enrol in a certain number of subject classes. The restriction now also counts classes the member is Waitlisted for.
9. Stripe Bank account is no longer available to be selected as a Bank you can select for any action except Bank Reconciliation.
10. Additional sort/filter selections on the Class Timetable.
11. My Classes in the Member Portal now only shows excluded dates relevent to the classes the member is enrolled in.
12. A number of Web Template issues have now been resolved (Yay! Thank you Tobias!)
- Open link in new tab now works again
- The bold/colour issue in Text panels has now been fixed (double Yay!!!)
- The parent AND child menus now show up on smaller devices.
13. Print member list now has an option to print enrolled OR waitlisted students.
14. A BIG FIX!!! The date range for a membership invoice issue has now been fixed so hopefully there will be no further issues with invoices being issued for the incorrect membership period. Please log a job if you are still having issues and give full details.
