Change Tutor Status

You can manage Tutor settings for all or for a selection of your Tutors in Change Classes/Tutor Status.

On this screen if you wish the change to be applied to all Tutors click the Select/Un-select All box at the top of the list. Alternatively you can select which Tutors you wish the change to be applied to then click the Next button. 

The following functions can be Enabled or Disabled:

Enable/Disable Active/Inactive Tutor

Enable/Disable Portal Class Management 

Enable/Disable Remove Students

Enable/Disable Email Display in Class List (this is not recommended to enable. Instead use Allow Web class enquiry).

Enable/Disable Web Class Enquiry (preferred method for individuals to contact the tutor from the web class list)

Enable/Disable Student Portal Contact
