June 6 to June 13 2025 - Member Wizard Update

1. Organisation is now one of the fields which can be used in mail merges along with First and Last names.

2. When you copy a class now it creates a new copy also of the Resources attached to the class and attaches them to the new Class.

3. There is now a Class Audit Report in Reports. This details all movements in and out of classes and report absenses, the user who conducted the addition/removal/change and the date. You need to bear in mind that the time is in UTC time so for AEST add 10 hours.

4. It is now possible to export Class Attendance Sheets.

5. The problem some experienced pasting images into email messages, events and sometimes classes has been fixed.

6. You can now change the names of the following fields: Organisation, Postcode and State. This can be done in Settings/Rename Fields.

7. Withdrawn students and tutors are now no longer included in the count of class members on the attendance sheets.

8. There is now a GST free box on all account types.

9. The statement which appears at the top of the web class list regarding pre-enrolment periods has now been added.

10. There is now a tickbox on Membership types which either allows or disallows those members from enrolling in classes.
