June 1 to July 22, 2026 - Member Wizard Update

1. When there are no Events scheduled, the web template Events panel will show the words No Events Scheduled. When an event is scheduled it will automatically appear in this panel.

2. You can now change the size of the font in the web site template top menu.

3. Admin portal now pops up a message if a student is added to a waiting list only class.

4. A member can now upload a photo of themselves from the Member Portal.

5. Added functionality to prevent new members enrolling in classes until their membership payment is receipted.

6. 2 new fields added for NZ clients. City and Postal City.

7. Custom date range added to class audit export.

8. Changed sending of SMS's to comply with new ACMA sender regulations. All SMS messages will now go out with sender of MemberWiz. 

9. Emails can now be scheduled to send at a later date. Organisations should ensure they have selected their correct time zone in Settings/Organisation Details on the Email tab. Emails will sit in the Communication/Queued email list until sent. From here they can be viewed or deleted. If they need to be edited please copy them and then delete and paste the copy into a new email and edit accordingly. 

10. It is now possible to move Pending Members to the Active list in bulk.
