Stripe Reader Troubleshooting
The following documents may be of assistance when trying to troubleshoot connection issues with your Stripe card reader.
Member Wizard no longer supports the readers as we are unable to provide direct assistance having no access to the machine itself. These help files were produced with the assistance of the U3A Triage team and the Vicorian Member Wizard support team. Many thanks guys.
If you have issues which are not resolved by these help files, Michelle Kinnersly from U3A Bribie Island has kindly offered to assist where she can. Please note that the most common problem with using a Stripe card user is not being able to connect - this is usually due to security settings on the browser that you are using with Member Wizard. The first thing to try is to use Firefox as does not currently have the same security requirements when connecting to devices over your local area network. If you are using Chrome you will need to change your settings. We will shortly document the meeting requirements for Edge.
