October 10 - October 31, 2025 - Member Wizard Update

1. You can now view the members in a group on the View Group Members page in Members/Groups.

2. Class Attendance sheets include the GPS location.

3. All communications sent now include time as well as date in the Communications Sent list.

4. A considerable amount of reworking has taken place with the scheduling of classes within enrolment periods. Now if someone is in a class in one semester and they try to enrol in a class in a future semester, the current class will not be counted in the subject restriction.

5. There is now an internal note field added to the class description which is only visible to tutors, in the admin portal and when the class is exported.

6. Marking of attendances online is now much easier with 3 radio buttons beside each member for a particular week - present, absent and advised absence).

7. Tutors can now view their inactive classes in the Tutor Portal.

8. The order of items on a member's financial statement are now in reverse order.

9. It is now possible to email Tutors and convenors separately as well as both together in Email Members.

10. We've added more table border styles to the Froala text editor used by Member Wizard. You can now have no internal borders (outer borders however remain). In the Table properties option (top right icon in the table edit mode) select border colour as empty and table style as No borders (see below)

11. Some Event fixes including email sent to those on waitlist (now says on the waitlist), date added to waiting list is now included, bug where deleted payment types still showed on event registration form has been fixed.

12 Footers now show on the bottom of every page of attendance sheets (printed) but only when not printing them in bulk.

13. Absence emails are no longer in the communications sent list, are not sent to the person entering them and will not be sent if the data entry is after the class has been held.

14. New Zealand clients can now use Stripe.

15. Tutors can now be filtered by the venue in which their class is held.

16. You can now check a box in the Class Description so Tutors do not receive student absence advices. The advice will still be sent to the Convenor and class co-ordinator

17. There are now 2, 3 and 5 year membership types available.
